Automatic lubricating FIFTH WHEEL Liner for truck fifth wheels.

An automatic lubricating Fifth Wheel Liner removes the need to regularly lubricate the plate, a dirty job for any operative this liner will save on maintenance time, reduce expenditure on oils / greases, improve on tractor trailer coupling, handling and could also reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption.

A Fifth Wheel Liner also has Heath & Safety benefits, with less oil and grease on the fifth wheel the likelihood of oil dripping onto a hot exhaust is virtually impossible, hence protecting against truck fire.

Made of a high-density plastic material, this provides significant levels of resistance and durability.

The high density polyethylene used in the manufacturing of the Truck Fifth Wheel Liner offers maximum viscosity with minimum wear. High load capacity, slip coefficient and longevity are guaranteed.

The minimum life of a liner is typically around 250.000 miles, however improved driving conditions can result in a considerably mileage ratio of up to 500.000 miles.
